We hope that you are completely satisfied with our products.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, or if an item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days to our return delivery address (Scheibenweg 18, 26135 Oldenburg), including return slip. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the goods.

We will always refund goods returned within the time limit, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you and provided that the product complies with the following conditions:

  • we can only take back unworn items
  • the products must not show any signs of use
  • personalized products are generally excluded from exchange
  • If these conditions are met, we can take back the product.

    The shipping costs of the return are to be paid by the customer. Please ask for a return receipt and keep it in a safe place in order to be able to prove the shipment in case of loss of the return. After your return has arrived at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within three to four business days.
